unhelpful reception staff

Our experience was disappointing regarding the dining options. We were under the impression that the half board package included a full dining experience, but we found out it was very limited and not all restaurants were open every night. Additionally, the staff at the reception were unhelpful and lost one of our room bookings, which made us feel unwelcome.

A Perfect Family Getaway!

We celebrated our son's first birthday with a beautifully decorated room and a delightful cake! The staff made us feel at home, especially Roshan and Ravi at the front desk. The kids' pool and safe amenities were fantastic. perfect for families. Highly recommend in-room dining for the lovely view!

the westin was a fantastic choice for our family! the location was great, with nice nearby restaurants like jacques and deviraj who were super helpful. the housekeeping team was particularly friendly and accommodating. we loved our family room with a perfect view of the stunning oceanfront. overall, the ambiance was relaxing, making it an ideal place for a vacation.

The Turtle Bay Junior Suite provided a spacious and comfortable retreat, and the staff went above and beyond, making us feel at home throughout our six-night stay. Dining options were impressive, with the buffet offering a great variety of fresh dishes, particularly the traditional bread that was a highlight for us. While the service speed in the restaurants could be improved to maximize beach time, this was still an unforgettable family experience that left us wanting to return.
